Tell us within seven days of buying and you get a full refund. No questions asked.

Just tell us on WhatsApp or by email. The money goes back the same way you paid.

Refunds to a bank or mobile banking usually take 5–10 working days — that part is out of our hands.

What isn't refunded

SMS credit — because a sent SMS can't be taken back. Unused credit stays in your account and never expires.

After seven days the current term isn't refunded, but you can stop the next renewal any time.

After a refund

The licence is switched off and the plugin stops working. With the plugin, your order data stays on your site; for hosted shops, how data is deleted is set out in the privacy policy.
