Roadmap
What's coming next
What is being built is written here. And if something you need isn't here — write to us below; what shop owners ask for most comes first.
-
AI auto-call verification — orders confirm themselves
Within a minute of an order coming in, the customer gets an automatic call in your shop's name. Press 1 and the order confirms itself, press 2 to talk to you; if they don't pick up, it calls again three times, two minutes apart. The result is written in the order history. In both the Plugin and Cloud, as an add-on.
-
Meta events kept apart on landing pages — who only looked, who wanted to buy
A one-page landing page no longer sends every event at once. How far someone scrolls and how long they stay send separate events to Meta, so Meta can tell who only looked from who really wanted to buy. You set the limits yourself on the Meta Pixel page, with a guide beside them.
-
Postcode and zone by AI — right by themselves
However the customer writes the address — Bangla, English or both — when the rules do not match, AI reads it and sets the zone and postcode itself, on a new order at once. Older orders have a button to fill in the postcode.
-
AI chat — orders, tracking and stock in the chat
The "AI order" chat at the bottom right of the desk: paste several customers' messages at once and each becomes an order card; write "price 450" to change a card. Give an order number or phone to see the courier tracking, write "#2767 address Mirpur 10" to change an order, ask "how many headphones are left" for the stock.
-
Orders by AI — just paste the message
In a new order, paste the customer's message and press "Fill with AI": name, phone, address, product and delivery charge fill themselves — check and place the order. Free with the licence, 500 messages a month. Orders made by AI are marked "AI".
-
The same order never comes in twice
The same product, quantity and price from the same number or device within 5 minutes is not taken again — the buyer sees that the order was already received. On by itself; change the time or turn it off under Order protection.
-
Nishchit news in the app and on the desk
News of new features and updates reaches your staff as app notifications, and the desk's bell has a "News" tab to read it all. It can be turned off in the app's notification settings.
-
AI Call in three packages — including Pay as you go with no monthly fee
Starter ৳390/month (50 minutes free, then ৳0.99), Business ৳690/month (100 minutes free, then ৳0.79), and Pay as you go — no monthly fee, ৳1.99 a minute. Choose on the AI Call page and switch from next month or right away. The same prices on the plugin and the cloud; shops that already had it keep their price.
-
Steadfast's real counts in the fraud check
Steadfast gives merchants who send parcels regularly the customer's exact delivered and cancelled counts — Nishchit now shows those. When Steadfast gives only a band (such as 50+), an estimated count with "≈" beside it.
-
Scan a returned parcel and it's back in stock
Scan the label barcode in the app or type the order number — items that came back in good shape go back into stock, damaged ones are counted but not put up for sale. A note is added to the order; the status doesn't change and no SMS goes to the customer.
-
Labels and invoices straight from the computer
Pick a few orders on the order desk and print labels, invoices or packing lists in one click — choose the size, or get a PDF if you want one. Until now this needed a phone in hand.
-
Set up printing once, and it's the same everywhere
Label size, nudging for a printer that prints off-centre, your shop's name, address and logo on invoices — set once in settings. Before, each phone had its own, so even if you got it right on one phone, another printed differently.
-
Zones will fill themselves in
The delivery zone will be set from the address automatically — no picking it by hand, and the courier area and charge will come out right.
-
The order desk opens in one second
It used to take four seconds — after the page loaded, three more requests went out and each one started everything up from scratch. Now the request that brings the page brings everything.
-
Delivery charge and discount right in the desk
Lower the charge after haggling on the phone, or give a little off for a delay — change it right from the order. Until now you had to go to WooCommerce's own page for this.
-
Pathao courier and auto-status
Pathao now sits alongside Steadfast. Pick the courier and book from one place, and the consignment number fills itself in. And the courier's updates change the order status — In Transit when the parcel is picked up, Delivered when it arrives, Returned when it comes back. No changing it by hand.
-
Staff split by stage — each person sees only their own work
Confirmers see only new and confirmed orders, packers waiting and packed, dispatchers everything except delivered, managers everything — and pushes and alerts go only to that stage. Staff never enter wp-admin; they go straight to the order desk. Plus a moderator role: only orders they created or were assigned.
-
RedX and CarryBee — four couriers, chosen per order
Steadfast, Pathao, RedX, CarryBee — all four are here. Book each order with whichever suits it, the consignment number fills itself in, and the status changes with the courier's updates. When a parcel comes back with the delivery charge paid, Pathao and CarryBee mark it Partial automatically — no sorting it out by hand.
-
Multi-store — several shops on one phone
If you run two or three shops, you need just one app: the shops sit side by side in the left menu, one tap to switch. Each shop's orders, stock and settings stay separate, and every push starts with the shop's name.
-
Moderator role — only their own orders
For staff who only take orders: beyond what they created and what was assigned to them, they see nothing — not in the list, not in search, not even in the Home numbers. Within that, they can do the full job.
-
Pick the courier from the phone too, and numbers clean themselves up
Press Send to courier in the app and choose any of the four couriers; if an area is needed, the picker opens by itself. And +880, Bangla digits, a dropped leading zero, two numbers in one box — it fixes the number itself before sending to the courier, and if it can't, it tells you what blocked it.
-
The consignment number printed on the label too
Readable, under the barcode — so you can match it with the courier even without a scanner.
-
Admin alerts on Telegram
News on your phone even without the app: new orders in one chat, returns and courier problems in another — with the customer's number. If fifty arrive at once, you get one line, not fifty messages. To set up the bot there's a "Find my chats" button — no copying IDs.
-
Inventory management — four numbers, a ledger, alerts
How much is in the warehouse, how much is reserved for orders, how much is on the way with couriers, how much is really left to sell — not one "stock" number but four. Stock in, stock out, counted — the ledger records who changed what, and when. A low-stock push before you run out, and how much money is sitting in the whole warehouse at cost price.
-
Meta Conversions API — straight from the server
The browser pixel loses many events; sent from the server, they are not lost. And here is what really matters for cash on delivery: Purchase goes out after the parcel is delivered — so your ads learn which orders actually brought in money and which came back.
-
Risk flag the moment an order arrives
The moment an order arrives it gets a red, yellow or green mark — with the reason written next to it, not a guess. A red one also sends an alert to your phone.
-
Alerts when orders suddenly drop
When today brings far fewer orders than this time of day usually does, your phone is told — with a hint whether the checkout broke or the ads or pixel did. Caught the same day, not at the end of the month.
-
Alerts when returns rise
When returns suddenly climb in an area or with a courier, you are told. The Returns tab of the report shows the last 7 days next to the usual, side by side.
-
Add products from the app
New products, photos, prices, categories and size or colour variations — added and edited right from your phone, no computer needed. Add one and it goes straight onto your website. Nishchit Cloud first, then WordPress shops too.
-
Website chat — reply from the Nishchit app
Customers will message you right on your site, and you'll reply from the Nishchit app — no separate tool needed. You'll be able to create an order straight from the conversation.
-
Ad spend, meaning real profit
How many orders came from which campaign is already there. Once spend is added, it can tell you how much went into this campaign, how much got delivered, and what was left at the end.
-
Profit and loss — on one page at month end
Profit per product and per campaign is already there — after cost price and courier charges, and leaving out returns. Next comes the whole shop's picture in one place: the day's or month's sales, cost price, courier, return costs, ads, SMS — everything taken out, what's left, on one page.
-
Alerts on WhatsApp and Slack
Push notifications are already there. Many shops run all day in a WhatsApp group, so the news will go there too.
-
Packing by barcode scan
Check each parcel with the camera — a wrong parcel heading to the wrong address gets stopped right there.
-
The inside of the app in Bangla
The web side is in Bangla; the inside of the app is still in English.
-
Server tracking for Google and TikTok Ads too
Just like Meta — what the browser pixel loses is not lost from the server. And the real conversion goes out after the parcel is delivered, so Google and TikTok also learn which orders actually brought in money.
-
Stop repeat fake orders from the same device
The device stays recognised even if the SIM changes. Someone who returns three parcels and orders again on a new number can be caught at checkout — and so can many orders from the same device or IP in a short time.
-
Orders coming through a VPN or proxy
Orders that hide their identity get flagged, and can be blocked if you want. Since it can be wrong, by default it only shows them separately — blocking is up to you.
The dates are estimates, not promises. Once something arrives, it moves to the feature list instead.

Which courier, which report, which SMS — the simpler you write it, the better. It comes straight to us and is never made public.
